1. Do you ship to Canada?

Sorry, we do not ship to Canada.

2. Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped to California are charged CA sales tax.

3. What is your shipping charge?

We charge a flat $6.95 fee per order for shipping within the United States.

4. How is my order shipped? Is Next Day shipping available?

Most orders ship from our San Rafael, CA facility and arrive within 1-7 days, depending upon your shipping address. Single/smaller items are usually sent via USPS First Class/Priority Mail and arrive in about 1-3 days, while larger/multiple items are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipments to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

2nd Day/Next Day delivery is available for an additional charge. Please email us at RichardSoloHelp@gmail.com for cost information.

7. Can an order be shipped to more than one address?

All orders can have only one shipping address. Please enter separate orders for each shipping address.

8. Do you ship to my country?

We do not ship outside of the United States. If you have a contact in the USA, we can ship here and your contact may then forward the item(s) to your address.

9. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return it directly to us (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days for exchange or refund. Please email us at RichardSoloHelp@gmail.com before sending an item back, so we can send you a prepaid return label.
